Managing Principal:

Barbara Bix manages BB Marketing Plus and heads up all projects. She has marketed products for some of the most profitable B2B companies, including EMC, Motorola, and General Electric. Earlier, Barbara co-founded a software development firm that Ross Systems acquired, and worked as a business systems analyst at Siemens Corporation and at the Insurance Company of North America (now a part of CIGNA).

Barbara graduated The Wharton School with an MBA in Management Information and Control and has completed post-graduate courses at Northeastern's State-of-the-Art Engineering program and the Harvard School of Public Health. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Cognitive Psychology at the University of Pennsylvania.

Barbara speaks and writes articles on effective marketing strategies. The Wall Street Journal, The Minneapolis Star Tribune, and Mass Device have quoted her in articles about social media marketing. Her articles have appeared in The Boston Business Journal, Mass High-Tech, Effective Clinical Practices, PM360, Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly, Women's Business, RainToday, and MarketingProfs.
